Welcome to Reflection Cleaner Syd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services. Reflection Cleaner Syd provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific services provided will be detailed in the service agreement between Reflection Cleaner Syd and the client.

2. No Refund Policy. All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the services provided. Any disputes or issues regarding service quality will be addressed by providing an opportunity to rectify the situation, but refunds will not be granted.

3. Booking and Payment.- Booking: Services can be booked through our website, via phone, or email. - Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards (only) on our booking platform.- Card on hold: Your card will be held in our system until the cleaning is done. We will charge your card after each clean. NOTE: We do not accept cash payments.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling- Cancellation: Clients can cancel or reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, the client may be charged a no-show fee.

5. Client Responsibilities. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the cleaning environment is safe and that access to the property is provided at the scheduled time. Reflection Cleaner Syd is not liable for any issues arising from the client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

6. Liability. Reflection Cleaner Syd strives to provide high-quality services but is not liable for:- Any damage or loss resulting from the cleaning services unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.- Any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes to Terms. Reflection Cleaner Syd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly.

8. Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
